Bringing Baby Home Couples Workshop

Great parenting starts with a strong relationship. Unfortunately, many of us are blindsided by the difficulties that come with having a baby and while we may love our baby, our relationship may quickly become stale, full of tension, and lonely. Over 50% of couples separate in the first 7 years of marriage, with many of these couples reporting that their 1st (and subsequent) babies placed increasing strain on their relationship. You and your partner can learn to thrive, not just survive, these challenging years!

During this two day workshop you and your partner will learn simple and valuable tools to connect to each other, strategies to help regulate conflict, grow healthy bonds with your baby, and find the pathway for finding ways grow your family legacy. You can enjoy greater happiness, contentment and passion in your relationship while raising your young children! Your child(ren) will benefit from a sound emotional and relational foundation, creating a lifelong positive impact on their emotional, social, and cognitive development. Couples who complete the BBH workshop report higher levels of relationship happiness, less hostility, better parent-baby relationships, more involved fathers and significantly lower rates of maternal postpartum depression.

Who should attend?

Any couple who is planning on, expecting or raising babies or young children. All couples are welcome, you do not need to be married to attend, and babies under 6 months (pre-crawling) are welcome to attend with parents.
